Returns and Refund Policy

At Cookies & Bakes, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to ensure that you receive your cookies in the best possible condition.

Because our products are perishable food items, and since we cannot control how they are handled once they leave our facility, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to food safety standards and the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returned products. Once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, we are unable to resell or reuse any returned items.


Order Issues

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We may issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion in cases such as:

 

    • Receiving the wrong item or flavor.

    • Missing items in your order.

Please note that normal breakage or crumbling may occur during shipping and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been prepared or shipped. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as baking and packaging may already be in process.


Shipping Delays

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your cookies fresh. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
